For those who would like a great tasting, affordable water to drink, and for those who are trying to lose weight, or for those who have diabetes, Sweetened Distilled Water is a great water for you to try. Here is how you produce your own Sweetened Distilled Water:
1. Buy a water distillation home kitchen unit. I found a good one on the internet for $149
at H2O Labs web site, Easy Fill Model 200.
2. Buy a home kitchen ice maker. The best buy I found was an Emerson at Target for
approximately $150.
3. Buy a long Pur tank water filter Tank with spigot, and do not install the filter.
4. Set up the distillter unit and fill the input tank and then the unit will produce a gallon
of distilled water in about 1 and 1/2 hours.
5. Fill the Pur water dispenser tank with the distilled water and add and mix in
one tablespoon of sugar. Put the dispenser tank with the Sweetened Distilled Water
back in the refrigerator and let cool for drinking water.
6. Produce more distilled water from the unit and fill the ice maker with this water.
7. After the ice is made, put it in a small ice chest for use as ice water.
8. Alternate ice making and drinking water.
This water has a great hard water taste and the small amount of sugar keeps you going.
The water has a nice taste but does not really taste sweet. Try to drink this water
between meals and only drink soda pop when your are eating a snack or a meal.
